Dog People is a satirical musical comedy about our need to belong, the absurdity of conformity, and the magic in choosing how we want to be seen.
What is this?
There are only two worlds:
The Town — a comfortable, seemingly perfect society.
The Below — a harsh, dangerous prison beneath the surface.
If you’re born in The Below, there’s only one way out: lock yourself into a costume and become a Dog, performing for the amusement of The Town’s citizens.
The rules are simple. And absolute.
No one has ever questioned them… until Harry.
Harry dreams of shedding his dog costume and living freely in The Town — not as a Dog, but as a professional magician. When he miraculously escapes and meets Kate, the newest resident of The Town, their encounter ignites a collision between two strictly separated worlds — with absurd and explosive consequences.
